Return Policy
We understand that ordering online can sometimes be challenging. We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return policy guidelines below:
- Returns: We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To initiate a return, please follow the instructions below.
- Return Guidelines:
- All items must be new, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Currently we do not ship internationally.
- All swimwear are final sale.
- Exchanges:
- We regret that we are unable to process direct exchanges. However, you’re welcome to place a new order for the desired item(s) (while the item(s) are still available) and send in your return separately.
- How to Process a Return:
- Email us at aprock@westernlayneboutique.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST.”
- Include your order number and reason for return in the email.
- Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours to guide you through the return process as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds:
- Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment, minus a $5 return fee.
- Gift Returns:
- If you received an item as a gift, please reach out to us. We’ll be happy to issue store credit.
