Shipping and Order Responsibility
- Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages: Once your order is shipped, Western Layne Boutique cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We always try and get you the cheapest shipping possible, but shipping is selected by you at checkout.
- All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and come with tracking numbers. It is the responsibility of each buyer to track their order.
- Refunds: We do not provide refunds for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
- Order Issues: In the event of any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Packages are shipped Monday-Friday, usually within 24-72 hours after ordering. National Holidays NOT included.
Local Pickup Option:
For our valued local customers, we provide a convenient “Pick-Up” option on our website. If you prefer to collect your order in person, simply choose this option during checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification within 24 hours when your items are ready for pickup. We look forward to serving you! 🛍️
Preorders:
- Preorders are items that are NOT currently in stock.
- By allowing customers to preorder, we can gather the necessary sizes in advance and submit them for production. Preordering is essential because it ensures that you secure the correct size for the outfit you desire.
- Please note that all preorders require additional time for production and shipping. The exact timing varies based on the supplier and the season.
- You’ll find an estimated time of arrival (ETA) listed in each product’s description.
